Countdown to Macon!

We are eagerly making preparations for the 2013 Cunningham Family Reunion.  We can't wait to see all of you in Macon this FRIDAY!

Here are a couple of things to keep in Mind.

Reunion Attire

• Friday is the Reunion Kick-off Party and it is casual attire.  We encouraging everyone to wear your favorite team's t-shirt or jersey.
• Saturday is Reunion T-Shirt Day.  Please wear jeans or shorts and comfortable shoes.  We will be outside Saturday, so please dress accordingly. The t-shirt is white this year.
• Sunday attire for church is dressy casual. It is not required to be "dressed-up".  The only thing we ask is to be respectful of the church and dress accordingly.'

Family Pictures

• We are constantly trying to build our family archives.  We are encouraging everyone to bring pictures and/or family albums to share.  It will be nice to be able to sit-around and share our family memories.  We will have the capability to scan photographs to keep for the files.

Reunion Poster

• Everyone will have a chance to purchase tickets for the poster raffle.  The committee has had a "sneak peak" and it's great.

Cunningham Cup

• It's game time Sunday afternoon during the Family Legacy Luncheon.  We have a new format this year that will sure to be fun.  We will be looking 5 participants to play.  Sign-up will be Friday night. Who's ready?

Family Milestones

Hey Family!  Over the last two years, I know that members of the family have celebrated milestones, accomplishments, etc.  If you would like to have your milestone birthdays or anniversaries, births, graduations, etc celebrated at the reunion, please e-mail them to cunninghamfamilyofga@gmail.com.  We need them as soon as possible.  If you have a picture of the event, please send that as well.

Homewood Suites Room Block

How Sweet It Is?

A lot of good things start off with a stick of butter and at least a cup of sugar, especially our favorite homemade cakes, pies, and desserts.  We are calling all Cunningham Family bakers to share your favorite dessert with the family by bringing a homemade dessert to the reunion.  Great desserts and great conversations make forever memories!

Reunion Update

Hey Cunningham Family!  We are a month away from our reunion weekend and I wanted to give you a couple of updates.

1. It is not to late to register for the reunion.  If you would like to attend, please e-mail cunninghamfamilyofga@gmail.com with your t-shirt sizes (specify adult or youth) and we will e-mail you a registration form to complete.
2. The room block for the reunion hotel has been extended until August 11th.  Please reserve your room in order to receive the special rates.  Please use this direct link to the hotel to make your reservations. Last Call for Pictures

Macon Labor Day Road Race

Attention all Cunningham Family Runners!!  If you are interested in participating in the Macon Labor Day Road Race, please visit the Macon Tracks website, www.macontracks.org for all of the information.  The race is an annual tradition in Macon.  They have a 5K and 10K for those of all running and walking abilities.  Early registration ends on August 15th.
